Description

This option defines the text that will be displayed at the top of the create form, explaining to the end user what the form is used for.

This option is only used as part of the create button that Editor makes available to the Buttons extension for DataTables. If you are not using Buttons, the language strings presented to the end user can be configured through the API method message().
