Hi Allan, I'm happy to inform you that your suggestion worked. Also, the default filtering was happening because of saved passwords; once I removed the saved passwords, the filtering stopped. Thanks so much for your assistance. ---Stephen

Ok, I found my (dumb) mistake. I assumed "recordsFiltered" was the count of the data after filtering. I just switch "recordsFiltered" and "recordsTotal", now it works like a charm. Thanks for your time.
